Responsibilities
- Collect, check, clean, and process large data sets from various sources.
- Partner closely with stakeholders to define analytical problems, to find innovative ways to solve these problems with data.
- Collaborate with other stakeholders to deliver insights and decision recommendations.
- Research and develop key metrics and performance indicators
- Build/develop/maintain dashboards and visualizations that enable stakeholders to self-serve metrics effectively
- Build clear and simple dashboards. We currently use Power BI for reporting and visualizations
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Statistics, or a related field
- Have over 2 years of experience with the role.
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst for SaaS products
- Proficiency in SQL, Microsoft Power BI (or any visualization tools), Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of descriptive statistical analysis
- Exceptional communication skills and presentation skills
- Have a good business mindset and ability to solve business question
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- You have an eye for detail
- You are a fast learner and are comfortable with ambiguous requests.
