  • – Deliver training live and on-demand programs using recognized training techniques and tools.
  • – Facilitate training through a variety of delivery methods.
  • – Design or find and apply assessment tools to measure training effectiveness.
  • – Track and report on training outcomes.
  • – Handle logistics for training activities including venues and equipment.
  • – Assist / support the training needs assessment process for new and existing employees.
  • – Partner with internal stakeholders regarding employee training needs.
  • – Organize, develop, or source training programs to meet specific training needs.
  • – Liaise with subject matter experts regarding instructional design.
  • – Develop training aids such as presentation materials, handouts, and workbooks.
  • – Manage and stay organized within existing training budgets approved by L&D Leader/HRM.
  • – Manage and maintain in house training facilities and equipment.
  • – Stay current on training design and methodologies
  • – BS in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or relevant field.
  • – 3-4 years experience in training function or similar role.
  • – Professional training/coaching certification is a plus.
  • – Proven experience as an L&D Specialist, Training Executive or similar.
  • – Ability to apply training principles, presentation, teaching and evaluation methods.
  • – Strong live facilitation and public speaking skills.
  • – Ability to apply effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • – Demonstrated project management experience.
  • – Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.
  • – Strong ability to multi-task and deliver on deadline.
  • – Able to maintain up-to-date knowledge in area of practice.
  • – Strong organization skills and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
  • – Ability to analyze and solve problems.
  • – Proficient in the use of common professional skills software programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • – Ability to work autonomously with initiative.
