Responsibilities
- Training Program Implementation:
- Based on company direction about learning & development and LnD strategy to implement programs which highly engage employees in the whole learning journey, not just training workshops.
- Support to implement training programs at the company management level, ensuring quality and effectiveness.
- Establish systems to measure and assess the effectiveness of training programs through employee feedback and performance indicators.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to implement training standards as needed.
- Promote a Learning Culture:
- Creatively promote learning culture by internal communication and engagement activities.
- Administrate an e-learning system to enable employees to manage their learning and career progression.
- Enhance existing learning tools to meet the continuous and proactive learning, training, and succession planning needs of the organization.
- Build programs/ communities to promote internal learning and sharing culture.
- Collaborate with internal speakers and external experts in Tech industry to enhance functional competences for staffs, especially program development in e-commerce.
- Learning & Development Standardization:
- Develop onboarding processes to ensure a positive experience for new employees (including staffs and interns).
- Continuously improve the quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of the onboarding process by collaborating with talent acquisition function and department heads
- Develop LnD internal processes & procedures to ensure delivery speed and make better collaboration with internal stakeholders.
- Consolidate and systemize learning materials to build up internal know-how for the whole organization.
Qualifications
- Experience:
- At least 3 years in HR, with 2 years specifically in training and organizational development.
- Education:
- College/Bachelor degree or higher.
- English Proficiency:
- Equivalent to IELTS 6.0+, good at Speaking & Writing.
- Professional Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of training operations and HR functions.
- Broad knowledge of training methods, tools, and trends within the IT industry.
- Essential Skills and Experience:
- Competence in organizing, facilitating learning & development process with user-centric approach while working with internal stakeholders.
- Strong logical, systematic, and effective communication skills in both physical & digital approach
- Experienced in internal LnD projects, not just short-term training programs.
- Knowledge of the tech sector and experience in fast-paced, large, or multinational companies.
