Responsibilities
- Receive customer requests directly through the Customer Support CRM tool.
- Provide technical support to customers during the installation, setup, and use of the company’s applications.
- Guide the Customer Support team on complex technical issues, and coordinate with the product development team to propose solutions for common customer problems.
- Ability to assist customers in English via CRM and remote channels (e.g., TeamViewer).
Requirements
- First to third-year students, no university graduation required.
- Work remotely from home (using a personal computer), no need to come to the office.
- Shift-based work (4 hours/shift), including after-hours/weekends/holidays. The work schedule will be agreed upon at the beginning of each month/week.
- Knowledge and ability to apply HTML and CSS code to solve problems.
- Skills in reading/editing/writing JavaScript code.
- Report issues/instances encountered during your shift so that everyone on the team is aware and can work towards a suitable solution.
- Basic English reading/writing skills, sufficient for communication with the Customer Support team and foreign customers, and understanding customer requests to resolve issues.

- Earn overtime pay when working night shifts (from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM the following day). - Salary reviews after the probation period and every subsequent 6 months.
