Responsibilities
Stakeholder Collaboration: Define project goals, understand business and user needs, and clarify design requirements through discussions, brainstorming, and documentation.
UX Roadmap:
- Develop strategies and UX roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
- Collaborate with teams and stakeholders during quarterly goal-setting discussions.
- Conduct R&D to identify opportunities for UX improvement.
Analyze and Clarify Objectives:
- Identify and prioritize tasks based on project objectives with stakeholders.
- Clearly define goals and coordinate their implementation within the team.
UX Research:
- Define research scope and analyze user behavior, emotions, and market trends.
- Conduct in-depth research to inform design decisions and roadmap development.
Design Execution:
- Research and update interaction design trends, and define interaction strategies.
- Organize design reviews, provide documentation, and ensure implementation accuracy.
- Test and validate development outputs before release.
Analyze User Feedback:
- Establish metrics to measure usability and efficiency of designs.
- Monitor user feedback to identify improvements and inform future UX research.
Workflow Optimization:
- Organize workflow improvement sessions and update processes to align with goals.
- Implement actions to enhance efficiency and quality.
Design System Development:
- Develop and maintain UI Kit guidelines and components aligned with product goals.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure integration and validate components in relevant environments.
Team Building:
- Assign tasks, provide feedback, and ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Develop team skills through training and growth initiatives.
- Recommend advanced training to align with strategic objectives.
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating relevant expertise.
Design certifications or equivalent qualifications are a plus.
Technical Expertise:
- Proficient in Agile design processes and UX principles, including user behavior and interaction design.
- Expertise in UI design systems, layout, color theory, typography, and interaction principles (e.g., visibility, consistency, feedback).
- Solid knowledge of web/mobile design trends, related technologies, and e-commerce platforms.
- Advanced skills in UX research, problem-solving, and Information Architecture (IA) for complex products.
- Proficiency in design tools like Figma, InVision, and interactive prototyping software.
- Strong experience in designing, measuring, and testing design effectiveness.
- Familiarity with user analytics tools (Hotjar, UXCam, Amplitude, etc.).
- Capable of independently implementing solutions and conducting market research.
Management Competencies

- Team Management: Lead 2–7 members, provide feedback, and drive continuous improvement.
