What You’ll Do
- Assist in researching and analyzing market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to support product development.
- Collaborate with the product team to gather requirements, define features, and contribute to product roadmap planning.
- Help prepare product documentation, including specifications, user guides, and release notes.
- Participate in cross-functional meetings to ensure alignment between teams.
- Support product launches with marketing, sales, and customer support teams.
- Conduct user testing and gather feedback to identify areas for product improvement.
- Contribute to the development of product metrics and reporting.
What Sets You Apart
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong interest in product management and technology.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret data.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Previous internship experience in a related field is a plus but not required.
Benefits
- Working place: Onsite at Flemington Tower, 182 Le Dai Hanh, Phu Tho Ward, HCMC.
- Working time: Full-time (Monday to Friday) is preferred. Part-time is also acceptable, with a minimum of 3 working days per week.
