Responsibilities

2.1. Content Planning and Execution

  • Support the planning and execution of content for the product’s communication channels, following the overall marketing strategy and direction.
  • Assist in implementing content initiatives based on campaign goals, timelines, and product communication needs.

2.2. Content Production Across Channels

  • Create, adapt, and optimize content for key channels, including SEO blog content, social media platforms (LinkedIn and Facebook), and Reddit seeding, based on provided briefs and guidance.
  • Work closely with Product Marketing, Content Team, Designer, and other related teams to deliver content that is clear, consistent, and aligned with overall goals.
  • Support other content and communication tasks when needed, based on team priorities.

2.3. Brand Awareness and Community Support

Depending on the product, this role may also support community-related activities.

  • Assist in researching user communities and audience behavior to support content planning and identify relevant content opportunities.
  • Produce content that strengthens brand awareness and improves the product’s visibility across community channels.
  • Support the collection of user feedback and insights, and share relevant findings with related teams when needed.
  • Monitor basic content and community performance metrics such as reach, engagement, and traffic.

2.4. Reporting and Improvement

  • Consolidate and submit periodic work reports in the assigned format and within agreed timelines.
  • Track basic content performance, summarize key learnings, and suggest practical improvements to enhance content quality and effectiveness over time.
Qualifications

3.1. Must have

  • At least 6 months of experience in Content Marketing, Digital Marketing, or other related roles.
  • Bachelor’s or College degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields.
  • Strong English writing and editing skills, with the ability to write clear, engaging, and well-structured content.
  • Basic understanding of content marketing, branding, and audience communication.
  • Strong research skills, attention to detail, and willingness to learn quickly.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.

3.2. Preferred

  • Basic understanding of social media platforms and how content is adapted for different channels.
  • Basic knowledge of SEO principles is a plus
  • Experience using AI tools to support content research, ideation, or drafting.
  • Interest in tech, apps, or SaaS products, with the ability to learn industry trends and customer needs.

3.3. Nice tao have

  • Basic design skills with tools like Canva or Figma.
  • Previous exposure to creating content for tech products, apps, or SaaS brands.
  • Familiarity with content management systems (like WordPress) or basic marketing analytics tools.
