Responsibilities
  • Continuously update knowledge on technical aspects, product characteristics, and the Shopify platform to create comprehensive product user manuals, customer support documents, and UX content such as user guides, how-to articles and FAQs.
  • Develop and maintain content on the Help Center page, ensuring clarity, consistency, and ease of understanding.
  • Write user friendly content and create tutorials easy-to-understand user interface in-context text, online help.
  • Analyze user feedback and chatbot performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary adjustments.
  • Unify format for document system.
  • Work with Product Team & Support Team to enhance input source (Help docs).
  • Monitor chatbot performance, identify and resolve issues, and conduct regular testing to maintain optimal functionality.
  • Create and maintain documentation for AI chatbot processes and procedures.
  • Train and support team members in utilizing and maximizing the potential of the AI chatbot.
Qualifications
  • Tech-savvy and eager to learn about technology products
  • Learn quickly and are passionate about helping others.
  • Ability to apply AI tools in the process of brainstorming and content production.
  • At least 1 year working experience in Customer Service or the same field
  • Healthy command of English (listening, reading, writing, reading)
  • Experience in editing and writing, revising content in various formats (articles, blogs, emails, in-app content, ad content, etc.) for different channels.
  • Having knowledge in eCommerce products and industries is a plus

(*) Nice to have:

  • Proficiency in using content tracking tools such as Google Analytics.
  • Proficiency in using WordPress or other CMS platforms.
  • Proficiency in using tools such as Canva or Figma.
  • Basic knowledge of Marketing and Branding
  • Understanding of the SaaS application market and the latest trends
