What You’ll Do
- Research and identify relevant AI tools directories to submit to
(prioritize high-quality sites with real traffic and strong authority) - Prepare and optimize listing content for each directory, including:
description, logo, screenshots, links, tags, categories, and contact information - Submit listings according to each platform’s requirements and track status
(pending / approved / rejected) - Maintain detailed records of submissions, including:
listing URLs, submission dates, status, and metrics such as DA/PA (if available) - Customize and optimize content for each directory:
short & long descriptions, CTAs, tags, demo links - Handle follow-ups:
respond to emails/requests from directory owners, revise submissions if rejected - Build and maintain a prioritized pipeline of directories to target next, with clear rationale
(e.g., domain authority, traffic, audience relevance) - Deliver weekly reports and maintain structured tracking files
(CSV / Google Sheets)
What Sets You Apart
- Understand what makes a listing valuable
(e.g., domain relevance, authority, traffic quality) - Basic knowledge of keyword intent and ability to write descriptions that improve CTR
- Understand the difference between dofollow vs nofollow links and basic backlink concepts
(no need for deep SEO expertise) - Strong attention to detail and structured documentation skills
(each submission must be fully logged with all required fields) - Ability to maintain copies of submitted content for future optimization
- Strong responsiveness and accountability
(e.g., replying to requests/issues within 24–48 hours)
Communication & Work Style
- Clear written communication in Vietnamese;
good English reading & writing skills to work with international platforms - Fast response time and ability to work under tight deadlines
- Proactive mindset: able to identify missing information and follow up independently
Nice to Have
- Existing database/list of AI tool directories
- Experience submitting products to directories
(AI tools, SaaS, app directories, product listing platforms) - Familiarity with basic SEO tools such as
Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Moz for checking domain metrics (DA/PA) - Experience in outreach or working with site owners/moderators
- Basic HTML knowledge (understanding structure, not required to code)
