What You’ll Do

Seller Engagement & Matching

  • Reach out to sellers to understand their product sourcing needs, preferences, and pain points.
  • Recommend relevant suppliers or product categories that match each seller’s business model and goals.
  • Support seller onboarding and adoption of new supplier offers, ensuring clarity and relevance.

Supplier Sourcing & Onboarding

  • Identify and contact US-based suppliers and distributors who meet platform quality standards.
  • Work with them to onboard products—supporting manual, CSV, or API listing based on their capabilities.
  • Ensure accurate product information (pricing, shipping time, inventory) is uploaded and visible to sellers.

Supplier Promotion & Campaigns

  • Collaborate with Marketing to highlight new suppliers, top products, and seasonal deals to sellers.
  • Curate and manage supplier collections or promotional showcases tailored to current demand.
  • Track campaign results to inform future supplier visibility strategies.

Marketplace Operations & Insights

  • Monitor key marketplace metrics: GMV by supplier, seller engagement, product conversion, etc.
  • Flag underperforming suppliers or listings and propose solutions to improve.
  • Share seller feedback and market trends with the Marketplace and Product teams.
What Sets You Apart
  • 1–3 years of experience (Junior) or 3–5 years (Senior) in Account Management, Customer Success, Supplier Management, Marketplace, Category Ops, or other relevant roles in one of the following domains: eCommerce/ Marketplace / Print-on-Demand (PoD).
  • Familiarity with the dropshipping or wholesale landscape.
  • Strong communication skills - confident speaking with both sellers and suppliers.
  • Organized and detail-oriented—able to manage multiple onboarding and engagement tracks in parallel.
  • Comfortable using Google Sheets/Excel, CRM, or project tracking tools.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with Shopify stores, US-based 3PLs, or online marketplaces.
  • Understanding of cross-border shipping, warehousing, or logistics workflows.
  • Background in sales, customer success, or merchandising in a marketplace environment.
  • Industry insight and network will help you grow and adapt faster.
