Responsibilities
  1. Payroll & Compensation Management:
  • Payroll & Budget: Execute monthly payroll, 13th-month salary, and seniority bonuses.
  • Track the annual HR budget and prepare periodic payroll reports.
  • Salary Review & Performance: Develop salary review matrices, facilitate annual performance review data consolidation, and process salary adjustments.
  • Employee Support: Address employee inquiries regarding payroll, bonuses, and C&B policies.
  1. Insurances & Welfare Programs:
  • Compulsory Insurance (SHUI): Manage monthly SI/HI/UI operations, process claims, adjust contribution levels, and reconcile data with the Social Insurance Authority.
  • Private Health Insurance: Source and compare annual quotations, coordinate contracts with Accounting, handle monthly changes, guide claims, and manage finalization.
  • Annual Health Check-up: Plan, source vendors, organize the check-up process, and reconcile costs.
  1. PIT Compliance:
  • Manage monthly PIT declarations, payments, dependent registrations, and tax code updates.
  • Guide employees through PIT self-finalization/authorization and submit year-end tax finalization returns.
  1. Employee Lifecycle & Contract Management:
  • Draft, execute, and track labor contracts, probation agreements, freelancer contracts, and NDAs.
  • Notify Managers/HoDs of contract expirations and manage physical/digital employee records.
  • Improve onboarding and offboarding workflows to enhance employee experience.
  1. HR Systems & Policy Development:
  • HR Systems: Source and implement HR software to optimize data management; maintain accurate employee databases.
  • Policy & Compliance: Build and update Internal Labor Regulations, Collective Labor Agreements, salary scales, and welfare policies.
  • Labor Relations: Ensure labor law compliance, support the resolution of labor disputes/disciplinary issues, and prepare C&B reports for management.
Qualifications
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in C&B management.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
  • Professional Knowledge: Solid understanding of Vietnamese Labor Law, Social Insurance Law, and PIT Law.
  • English Proficiency: Ability to accurately read and comprehend professional HR texts and context.
  • Skills: High accuracy, detail-oriented, analytical mindset, and comfortable working with HR systems.
