Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Product Manager to join our team, the ideal candidate is someone who embodies both intellectual agility and empathetic understanding. You will be at the forefront of identifying customer pain points and delivering smart, user-centric solutions that are easy to understand and use. You will be responsible for articulating complex product features in ways that resonate with both our technical teams and our end-users.
What You’ll Do
1.Identify and expand product features to improve product quality and retain customers:
- Identify opportunities and scope/research to build solutions for what needs to be appropriately developed, while also testing and validating solutions.
2.Manage the entire product lifecycle to ensure products are always updated and maintain features suitable for technological advancements and user needs:
- Drive Agile processes by organizing discussions to monitor product progress and ensure deliverables.
- Develop product roadmaps in collaboration with technical and product teams to execute the product vision and strategy.
- Continuously evaluate metrics and goals of the product, along with its features.
- Address prioritized backlogs that align with available technical capabilities.
3.Collaborate closely with relevant departments to ensure the highest quality for the product:
- Engage stakeholders across the entire product lifecycle to allocate resources appropriately and prioritize effectively.
- Establish strong collaboration with the technical team to create continuous feedback loops for deeper understanding of technical issues.
4.Develop and test new initiatives to launch innovative formats:
- Test features and unique/innovative products tailored specifically for the product's target customers.
What Sets You Apart
- 3+ years of product management or similar experience in a technology company with a track record of successfully managing product lifecycles and delivering impactful products.
- Proven track record of delivering customer-centric solutions.
- Strong understanding of user research methods and the ability to translate user needs into actionable product requirements.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an aptitude for articulating complex concepts in simple terms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, matched with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
- Fluent in English
