Responsibilities
FireGroup is seeking a detail-oriented and innovative Technical SEO Executive to join our team. As a key player in our digital marketing efforts, you will focus on optimizing our website's technical aspects to improve search engine visibility, drive organic traffic, and enhance user experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in SEO, a keen understanding of search engine algorithms, and a proven ability to implement sophisticated SEO tactics. We want to hear from you if you are passionate about staying ahead of industry trends and leveraging data-driven insights to improve our online presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits and provide actionable recommendations.
- Identify and rectify issues related to crawl errors, site structure, and indexing.
- Ensure fast site loading speed and mobile-friendliness across all pages.
- Optimize website content, including meta tags, headers, images, and URLs, to improve search engine rankings.
- Assist in conducting keyword research to identify relevant and high-traffic search terms, collaborate with the content team to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into content production.
- Create and manage a backlink strategy to improve domain authority.
- Use tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and other SEO software to monitor website performance & technical SEO health.
- Work with web developers to communicate SEO requirements and troubleshoot issues if arise.
Qualifications
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 3+ years of technical SEO experience, preferably in SaaS.
- Proven record of improving website performance and rankings.
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Proficiency with SEO tools (e.g., Screaming Frog, SEMrush, Ahrefs).
- Experience with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics and Search Console.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Continuous learner, updated with SEO trends and technologies.
