Position Overview

At FireGroup, every great product starts with the people behind it. In this role, you will be the gateway to our culture and ambition: discovering, connecting with, and bringing in the builders who will shape our future.
To truly understand the builders we need, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who has first-hand experience in Product Management (as a PM, PO, or Product Analyst). Your background in defining product visions, managing roadmaps, and collaborating with engineering teams will enable you to speak the same language as our candidates, assess their skills deeply, and act as a strategic talent advisor to our product leadership.

Responsibilities

         1. Attract & Secure Top-Tier Talents: 

  • Drive end-to-end recruitment strategies by translating business needs into effective talent acquisition plans, focusing on attracting top-tier product and technical talents.
  • Leverage your product background to conduct deep, insightful candidate assessments—evaluating candidates' product thinking, framework application, metrics-driven mindset, and alignment with FireGroup’s core values.
  • Go beyond traditional sourcing by proactively mapping the product and tech talent market, building robust pipelines, and engaging passive, high-caliber candidates.

    2. Craft an Exceptional Candidate Journey: 

  • Design and deliver candidate experiences that go beyond standard interviews, creating meaningful touchpoints where product candidates can engage in peer-to-peer professional discussions.
  • Lead the continuous optimization of the hiring process, from initial outreach and practical case studies to offer negotiation.
  • Experiment with new assessment methodologies to keep our recruitment practices fresh and aligned with the expectations of the tech and product talent market.3. Partner & Advise for Team Success:
  • Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers and product leaders (CPO, Heads of Product). Use your understanding of the product lifecycle to advise on team structures, role definitions, and skill requirements.
  • Ensure alignment across hiring teams by sharing data-driven recruitment insights, market realities, and talent mapping progress.
  • Empower interviewers by sharing evaluation best practices, helping to standardize and refine product case studies and portfolio reviews.

    4. Proactive Talent Networking & Relationship Building:

  • Proactive Networking & Relationship Building: Actively engage and build long-term relationships within product and tech communities. Cultivate a sustainable pipeline of passive talent through continuous outreach, informal coffee chats, and professional discussions, ensuring FireGroup remains top-of-mind.
  • Industry Representation: Represent FireGroup as an authentic ambassador in the product ecosystem. Attend industry events, meetups, and seminars to expand your personal network and promote our product culture, vision, and global impact.
  • Collaborative Community Initiatives: Partner closely with the Employer Branding team to host impactful initiatives (e.g., product meetups, tech talks, panel discussions) that serve as touchpoints to connect with and nurture potential candidates.
Qualifications
  • Prior experience working in Product Management (e.g., as a Product Manager, Product Owner, Product Analyst, or Product Specialist).
  • 3+ years of full-cycle Talent Acquisition experience in the tech industry, product-led companies, or fast-growing startups.
  • Strong domain knowledge of product development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, SDLC), product analytics, and design thinking.
  • Proven track record of successfully hiring mid-to-senior level tech and product roles.
  • Consultative mindset with excellent stakeholder management skills to partner effectively with product leaders.
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills to authentically present FireGroup’s vision and product culture.
