Responsibilities

Events

  • Independently lead the planning and execution of
    • Large-scale internal events such as Company Trip and Year End Party (250–500+ attendees)
    • External events to support employer branding as required.
  • Design and produce internal communication materials – from visual assets (posters, slides, email layouts) to campaign messaging.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors to ensure seamless execution and creative concepts.
  • Well establish an event management framework to ensure any event executed in accordance to the company standard from time to time with minimal manual oversight or supervision.

Culture

  • Build and implement internal communications and events to engage employees and reflect company culture in every message and touchpoint.
  • Be a role model in practicing company core values in work and inspire, influence our people in building and sustaining the company culture through events, communications and proactive networking activities internally and externally.

Skillset

  • 3+ years of experience in internal communications, event management, employer branding, or a related role.
  • Demonstrated success in organizing large-scale events (250+ participants) – especially Company Trips or Year End Parties.
  • Strong design skills (proficient with Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator or similar).
  • Fluent English communication skills – both verbal and written.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills – warm, collaborative, and able to build strong relationships across teams.
  • Creative mindset and passion for enhancing employee experience and building culture.
