Reporting, Planning & Budget Controlling

• Assisting in preparation, consolidation and reporting of financial forecasts
• Preparing of the consolidated monthly management reporting pack
• Analyzing monthly deviations against budget / forecast and propose corrective actions
• Analyzing and constructively challenging investment projects
• Developing & maintaining standardized reporting tools.

Business Performance Analysis

• Supporting Team leader in determining Key Performance Indicators/Operational metrics
• Gathering and analyzing financial and operational data and making recommendations to the company leadership based on the analysis.
• Assisting with and/or leading the design, development, and implementation of Performance dashboards.
• Analyzing Revenue Cycle information; Profitability of different services and providing decision support to improve operations/profit ratio
• Assisting in the Continuous Quality Improvement of the organization’s Financial Operations.
• Performing data mining and research and compiling comprehensive, timely, and complete analyses.
• Providing pro forma information necessary for decision making.
• Analyzing comparative statistical data to assess current performance and project future performance.
• Performing other analyses as needed and/or directed.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills with an ability to convincingly state a case with supporting backup - both in English & Vietnamese.
• Financial Analysis: Ability to create advanced spreadsheets, explain variances to estimates, identify business risks and opportunities and then make appropriate
• recommendations.
• Forecasting: knowledge of, and ability to apply, financial and forecasting procedures.
• This includes the ability to develop sound assumptions and produce relevant financial projections and models from those assumptions.
• Technical Accounting: A familiarity with standard financial accounting methodology.
• Independence: Ability to work and think independently. Then confidence to share and persuade management on the validity of the analysis, conclusions and recommendations.
• Coordination: Ability to meet tight deadlines whilst maintaining excellent standards of outputs.
• Control Environment: Understanding of internal controls, standards, and processes to ensure accuracy and consistency in data used for decision-making, internal / external reporting and communications.
• Basic Operating Systems: Knowledge of basic software and operating systems and related aspects (e.g system tools, software, hardware, related products and controls).
