Responsibilities
- Create and develop design materials for digital, print, and offline communication channels.
- Apply fundamental principles of UX/UI and brand identity. Proactively learn and gradually build the skills needed to develop and manage design guidelines.
- Assist in producing and editing short videos for internal communications using Premiere or CapCut (preferred).
- Capture photos and perform basic post-editing to ensure high-quality images for communication campaigns.
- Work directly with stakeholders to understand design requirements, while primarily managing tasks independently.
- Plan, organize, and prioritize tasks effectively to ensure timely completion of projects
- Proactively propose innovative and effective design ideas, and continuously update knowledge on modern design trends.
- Opportunity: Upon successful completion of the internship, there is a chance to convert to a full-time position.
Qualifications
- A fundamental understanding of UX/UI and brand identity, with a keen interest in developing the skills necessary for building design guidelines.
- A proactive approach to suggesting creative ideas and managing work independently in a self-directed environment.
- Experience with After Effects or Premiere to create simple motion graphics is an advantage.
- Proficiency in using Premiere or CapCut to assist in the production and editing of short videos for internal communications.
- Ability to capture images and perform basic post-editing to maintain high-quality visuals.
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with related departments even when working independently.
- Excellent organizational, prioritization, and time management skills to successfully complete tasks
