Responsibilities

1. Strategic Leadership:
• Develop and oversee a full-stack marketing strategy to achieve growth objectives, integrating paid, organic, and earned media efforts.
• Establish and track KPIs across marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with business goals.
2. Digital Marketing Execution:
• Manage and optimize digital marketing channels, including paid ads, email, social media, and content marketing, to maximize ROI.
• Collaborate with creative teams to design and execute channel-specific campaigns, ensuring cohesive brand messaging.
• Regularly update digital marketing assets and oversee the development of conversion-focused landing pages.
3. Data-Driven Optimization:
• Analyze performance metrics and customer behavior data to uncover insights and refine strategies.
• Utilize A/B and multivariate testing to optimize marketing funnels and improve lifetime value (LTV) metrics.
• Monitor attribution models to understand channel-specific performance and refine investment strategies.
4. Innovation & Experimentation:
• Identify and test new acquisition channels, tools, and methods to expand reach and engagement.
• Lead the exploration of innovative marketing approaches, promotional offers, and messaging techniques.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
• Partner with product, sales, and customer success teams to align marketing efforts with broader company initiatives.
• Ensure data systems related to marketing are accurate, up-to-date, and accessible for reportin

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in growth or performance marketing, including full-stack marketing expertise.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tableau, or similar) and marketing platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding growth targets in a data-driven environment.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to derive actionable insights from complex datasets.
  • Strong project management skills with a focus on multitasking and meeting deadlines.
  • Experience with A/B testing, customer segmentation, and funnel optimization.
