Responsibilities
  • Design and implement end-to-end growth strategies across the funnel—from user acquisition to retention—for our SaaS products.
  • Establish and track KPIs across marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Analyze and optimize key product metrics, including but not limited to: Activation rate, Retention rate, Monthly/DAU, Feature adoption, CAC & LTV
  • Regularly update digital marketing assets and oversee the development of conversion-focused landing pages.
  • Analyze performance metrics and customer behavior data to uncover insights and refine strategies.
  • Utilize A/B and multivariate testing to optimize marketing funnels and improve lifetime value (LTV) metrics.
  • Monitor attribution models to understand channel-specific performance and refine investment strategies.
  • Identify and test new acquisition channels, tools, and methods to expand reach and engagement.
  • Lead the exploration of innovative marketing approaches, promotional offers, and messaging techniques.
  • Partner with product, sales, and customer success teams to align marketing efforts with broader company initiatives.
  • Ensure data systems related to marketing are accurate, up-to-date, and accessible for reporting
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in growth or product marketing, with at least 2 years working in a SaaS, web app, or B2B tech environment.
  • Strong understanding of product metrics and experience working with user data (e.g., activation, churn, engagement, conversion).
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Data, and Engineering teams.
  • Proficient in tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Looker, or similar.
  • Hands-on experience with A/B testing, product analytics, and lifecycle optimization.
  • Familiarity with PLG (Product-Led Growth) is a strong plus.
  • Solid English communication skills (both written and verbal).
