What You’ll Do
- Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Growth teams to produce visual assets that support onboarding flows, GTM campaigns, and social media channels (Facebook, YouTube, etc.)
- Handle the end-to-end production of marketing materials from concept, design, and animation to final video editing and export
- Design and deliver graphics, animations, short-form videos, and motion visuals for campaigns, ads
- Collaborate in brainstorming, briefing, and debrief sessions to translate ideas and business goals into impactful visual content
- Maintain and update brand visual guidelines, ensuring consistency across all channels
- Manage a shared asset library (templates, videos, and design materials) for internal use
- Proactively explore new design tools, editing techniques, and creative trends to enhance marketing impact
What Sets You Apart
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Multimedia Designer or equivalent role, with a strong portfolio showcasing both design and video work
- Skilled in graphic design and video editing using popular tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Figma (or equivalent)
- Familiar with storyboarding, motion animation, and social media video formats
- Strong understanding of design principles — layout, color theory, typography, and visual hierarchy
- Creative, detail-oriented, and organized; capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a positive, self-driven attitude
