• Oversee IA, UX, and UI Design
  Leads the development of intuitive Information Architecture, seamless User Experience, and visually appealing User Interfaces, ensuring consistency across the app’s design system.
• Define and Maintain App Identity
  Shapes and maintains the app’s look and feel, establishing a cohesive visual and brand identity that resonates with users and aligns with company objectives.
• Leverage AI for Productivity Breakthroughs
  Integrates AI-driven tools (e.g., design automation, user behavior analysis, or prototyping assistants) to streamline design workflows, accelerate iteration cycles, and enhance team productivity.
• Drive User-Centered Design Processes
  Oversees user research, usability testing, and iterative design processes to ensure designs meet user needs, incorporating AI-driven insights from user data analysis where applicable.
• Monitor and Innovate Design Practices
  Stays current with design trends, emerging technologies, and AI advancements, integrating innovative tools and methods to keep the app’s design competitive and cutting-edge.

Design Expertise

• Proven experience in managing IA, UX, and UI design for mobile or web applications, especially for SaaS products.
• Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in crafting cohesive app identities through look and feel.
• Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.

• Experience using or experimenting with AI-driven design tools (e.g., Uizard, Runway, or similar) to improve workflow efficiency.

Technical and Process Knowledge

• Familiarity with agile development processes and integrating design into CI/CD workflows.
• Basic understanding of front-end development (e.g., HTML, CSS, or JavaScript) to facilitate collaboration with developers.
• Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing frameworks.

Soft Skills:

• Passion for staying updated on design trends, emerging technologies, and AI advancements.
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to mentor, develop training programs, and enhance team performance.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 7+ years in Product Design, including 2+ years in leadership roles.
• Proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking, and listening).
