Responsibilities
Strategic and Team Management
- Develop strategies and ensure the quality of AI-generated content.
- Manage and mentor the intern team working on the Prompt Library.
- Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency.
- Propose training initiatives and participate in knowledge-sharing sessions to enhance team expertise.
Content Design
- Support the creation of Information Architecture (IA), User Flows, and Wireframes, ensuring seamless navigation for users.
- Define copywriting directions and conceptualize feature-related content to align with design objectives.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to adapt and update content across multiple languages.
- Stay updated on product features, technical requirements, and platform capabilities.
UX Research
- Analyze empathy maps and user journeys to uncover user insights and behavior patterns.
- Improve user experience (UX) through strategic content enhancements.
- Collaborate to develop, plan, and execute market research strategies.
- Collect and analyze user behavior data to inform decisions and measure outcomes.
Qualifications
Experience:
- 4+ years of experience in content-related roles such as Product Content, UX Writing, or Technical Writing.
- Proven expertise in the e-commerce domain, SEO optimization, and crafting blogs tailored for global markets.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools and technologies, leveraging them to enhance content creation and strategy.
Skills:
- Deep understanding of UX writing principles and best practices in content design for both web and app platforms.
- Exceptional English proficiency, with a strong focus on written communication and storytelling.
