Responsibilities
As a Senior Product Marketing Executive, you will take ownership of product positioning, execute go-to-market plans, and ensure our products gain traction in competitive global markets. You will work across multiple product lines and collaborate closely with Product, Growth, and Customer Success teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Positioning & Messaging
- Develop and maintain clear, differentiated positioning for each product and target persona.
- Translate technical features into compelling, customer-focused benefits for a global audience.
- Keep product pages, app store listings, and sales/marketing collateral up to date and aligned with latest messaging.
- Go-to-Market Execution
- Collaborate with Product Teams to plan and execute launches for new products and major features.
- Contribute to packaging and pricing input.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to drive adoption post-launch.
- Market & Customer Insights
- Conduct competitor research, customer interviews, and market analysis to refine strategy.
- Analyze product usage and campaign performance to update personas and identify growth opportunities.
- Test and iterate messaging across channels.
- Demand Generation Collaboration
- Partner with Growth/Performance teams to align messaging for paid, organic, and partner campaigns.
- Support campaigns on key channels such as Shopify App Store and strategic partners.
- Ensure campaigns improve conversion rates and shorten the buyer journey.
- Sales & Customer Enablement
- Create and maintain enablement materials: pitch decks, one-pagers, FAQs, battle cards, demo scripts, onboarding flows, and case studies.
- Equip internal teams to deliver consistent and impactful product messaging.
Qualifications
- At least 4 years in Product Marketing, Growth, or GTM roles for SaaS or B2B tech products (experience in the Shopify ecosystem is a plus).
- Proven ability to translate technical features into customer benefits and own successful launches.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Technology, or related fields (preferred). Equivalent practical experience will be considered.
- Proven track record of working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Growth, and Customer Success teams.
- Experience in global product marketing and multi-channel GTM execution.
- Strong communication, presentation, and storytelling skills in English.
- Familiar with analytics tools (GA4, Mixpanel) and CRM tools (HubSpot, etc.).
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-product startup environment with shifting priorities.
