Responsibilities
We are looking for a Social Community Management to grow, engage, and manage our online communities on platforms such as Facebook Groups, Discord, Reddit, Telegram, and various Ecommerce/Dropshipping forums.
- Community Growth & Engagement: Build, expand, and maintain active communities, ensuring high engagement and user retention.
- User Interaction & Support: Proactively respond to user queries, assist customers with product usage, and address feedback from the community.
- Content Creation & Engagement Activities: Work with the Content team to create engaging posts, memes, polls, case studies, live streams, and giveaways.
- Event & Campaign Management: Plan and execute community events such as webinars, AMAs, and Ecommerce/Dropshipping challenges.
- Performance Monitoring & Analytics: Track key metrics like user participation, engagement rates, and retention, and propose improvements.
- Ambassador & VIP Program Development: Establish loyalty programs and encourage user-generated content (UGC).
Qualifications
✔ Experience:
- At least 2 years of experience in Community Management, Social Media Management, or Customer Success.
- Previous experience in SaaS, Ecommerce, or Dropshipping is an advantage.
✔ Skills:
- Proficiency in managing communities on Facebook Groups, Discord, Reddit, and Telegram, etc.
- Strong content creation skills, with an ability to generate high-engagement content.
- Experience in organizing events, giveaways, and loyalty programs.
- Familiarity with tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Discord bots for tracking and optimization.
- Good English communication skills (experience managing international communities is a plus).
✔ Mindset & Approach:
- Proactive, creative, and able to work independently.
- Strong understanding of Ecommerce/Dropshipping user behavior and content trends.
- Strategic thinker with problem-solving skills.
- Willing to learn new tools and keep up with industry trends.
