Responsibilities
  • Provide support to the Talent Acquisition team throughout the recruitment process, including posting jobs on recruitment sites, contacting candidates, welcoming them, coordinating tests, scheduling interviews, and consolidating and analyzing recruitment data.
  • Assist recruiters in developing creative sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent.
  • Manage, create, and update recruitment content and communication across various channels, such as job boards, LinkedIn, and Facebook groups.
  • Assist in building and maintaining a strong pipeline of passive candidates to fortify the Talent Pool.
  • Facilitate recruitment efforts for both technical and non-technical positions.
  • Undertake other tasks as required by the supervisor.
Qualifications
  • 3rd/4th-year students or recent graduates in Human Resources, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Available for full-time work over a period of 3 months.
  • Demonstrated passion for HR, especially in Recruitment, with a proactive approach to tackling challenges and pursuing a career in talent acquisition.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
  • Customer-centric, friendly, patient, well-organized, proactive, and dependable.
  • Self-motivated with strong multitasking abilities and effective priority management..
  • Proficient in G-Suite, Microsoft Office, basic skills in Photoshop or Canva are a plus
