Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support to customers using our SaaS platform.
- Learn and assist in troubleshooting issues related to the Vue.js frontend and Golang backend applications.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the development team.
- Document known issues and solutions in the knowledge base to improve response times for common problems.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to understand and resolve customer-reported bugs.
- Assist in performing basic system monitoring and checking for application errors.
- Communicate technical solutions to customers clearly and professionally.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest changes in the platform and communicate those changes to customers.
Qualifications
- 0-2 years of experience in technical support, web development, or a related field (internships or self-taught experience are also considered).
- Basic understanding of JavaScript frameworks (preferably Vue.js) or other frontend technologies like React or Angular.
- Basic understanding of backend languages (preferably Golang, or experience with other languages such as Node.js, Python, or PHP).
- Basic understanding of Database (preferably MongoDB, or experience with other database such as MySQL or PostgreSQL).
- Familiarity with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and REST APIs.
- Strong desire to learn and grow in the areas of software support, troubleshooting, and debugging.
- Good communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Ability to work well in a team and under guidance from senior team members.
