3rd Great Place To Work® Certification – FireGroup Commitment of Building, Growing
3rd Great Place To Work® Certification – FireGroup Commitment of Building, Growing

For the third consecutive year, FireGroup has officially been recognized as a Great Place To Work®.

In 2026’s survey, 90% FireGroup employees participated in the Great Place To Work® survey, helping us once again meet the global certification standards. While we’re proud of the certification, what matters most to us is what it represents the voices of the people who build FireGroup every day. Behind every score is a reflection of the culture we’ve been intentionally building.

Yet a more important question remains: “How do we continue building a workplace where talented people choose to stay, grow, and do the best work of their careers?”

For us, the answer has never been perks or policies alone. It starts with creating an environment where people feel trusted to make decisions, supported to learn from mistakes, and empowered to take ownership of meaningful work. It means fostering open conversations, encouraging collaboration across teams, and ensuring every builder understands how their work contributes to something larger than themselves.

Growth Through Real Impact

One of the most common reasons people join FireGroup is the opportunity to work on products serving hundreds of thousands of merchants worldwide.

To help our builders make the most of that opportunity, we invest in continuous learning through Udemy programs, internal knowledge-sharing sessions, technical workshops, cross-functional collaboration, and hands-on ownership of real business challenges. But growth at FireGroup goes beyond training and development programs. It comes from having the trust to experiment, the autonomy to make decisions, and the chance to see your work create real value for users.

Over time, many builders discover that the most rewarding part of the journey isn’t just what they’ve learned – it’s knowing that the products they’ve helped build are making a meaningful impact around the world.

Well-being Matters Too

Sustainable performance requires more than ambition. From sports clubs and wellness activities to company-wide celebrations and community events, we continuously invest in creating opportunities for people to connect beyond their daily work. Because strong teams are built not only through collaboration, but through genuine relationships.

Building #FireGroupGreat Together

One thing that makes FireGroup unique is that culture isn’t owned by People and Culture or leadership alone. Many of the improvements we implement come directly from employees themselves. Through feedback, experimentation, and shared ownership, we continuously refine how we work, learn, and grow together.

Being Great Place To Work® Certified for the third consecutive year is an encouraging milestone. But more importantly, it reinforces our commitment to building an environment where ambitious builders can create meaningful products, accelerate their growth, and make a lasting impact.

Three years certified. Still building. Still growing. Still creating a place where builders can thrive and make an impact.

Great impacts are built by great teams. Great teams are built by great cultures.

If you’re looking for a place where you can learn fast, build meaningful products, and grow alongside ambitious builders, FireGroup might be the place for you. Explore our open roles and start building what’s next with us.
