With 200+ engineers, product builders, and experienced professionals in e-commerce working across Ho Chi Minh City and Da Nang, the survey was conducted with 90% of Firers (the name we use to refer to our employees) – currently working at FireGroup. With an overall average score of 79% across all survey dimensions, FireGroup met the Great Place to Work Certification criteria.
According to the results announced by Great Place to Work®, 87% of FireGroup employees agreed that people here are treated fairly regardless of age, race, or gender. This strong sense of fairness is a key indicator of an inclusive and respectful workplace. Additionally, 86% of Firers reflected a high Community index, demonstrating strong support, collaboration, and connection among team members – an essential part of what makes FireGroup more than just a workplace.
Another 86% of employees positively highlighted the Hospitality index, showing that new team members feel genuinely welcomed and supported from day one. Meanwhile, 80% of Firers view the management team as credible, measured by their communication, competence, and integrity. Notably, this credibility score has shown the most significant growth over our two years of participation in the survey, reinforcing the trust and transparency that define FireGroup’s leadership approach.
